LD Marketplace Services we Offer

We can offer either 1P First Party relationship, or 3P Third Party , in the 1p model the marketplace can buy from us wholesale and sell at the price they see fit (we would still offer the logistics and ship the final product to their clients). As for the 3p we will have our own storefront at the marketplace and control pricing and the logistics, and the marketplace will get a commission based on sales generated.

What does the package contain apart from the product?

Just the product and its packaging as is given by manufacturer to supplier, some brands include dust bag, box, transparent bag, depends on the brand policy and packaging.

What is the turnaround time for processing and shipping orders?

1-3 working days for dispatch, then DHL standard express times depending on country.

Can you provide tracking information?

Yes of course!

Do you have any contract to be signed that should outline the terms and conditions of the business relationship, including the products or services to be provided, pricing, payment terms, delivery and shipping, returns and refunds, and any other relevant terms?

Is there any documentation that proves the authenticity of the brands you carry?

We can provide sanitized invoice, but not for drop shipping, this is done if you purchase a bulk order. all our products are shipped from Italy and subject to return 14 days, and we guarantee 100% authenticity.

How do you handle returns and refunds?

To start return process you have 14 days from date of shipment delivery, you need to send us full order details, reason for the return, state of the item, opened or not, with tickets and labels or not. then we will send you a return label (DHL Express) to return the item to our logistical warehouse, upon recieving and checking the item , we will issue the refund to you and in case the mistake is from our side we will cover shipping charges, if not the return shipping will be deducted from the refund total amount.

What is the payment process?

You can pay using credit card . for bigger orders where the customer asks for qoutation, we can accept paypal, or bank transfer, provided the client covers the fees required by payment provider.

What is a marketplace?

A marketplace is a platform where vendors can come together to sell their products or services to a curated customer base. the marketplace owner, therefore, leaves the more operational side of the business to vendors while focusing mainly on promoting their marketplace brand with a view to driving traffic to the platform and converting site views into sales.
