The app is great, the product catalog is amazing, shipping is fast and return process is smooth.
We would have definitely continued working with LD, but decided to uninstall the app, because of the VAT 22% they charge us on every order.
We work also with other dropshipping companies from Italy and normally you don’t get charged a VAT if you are a business customer (according to EU regulation).
We tried to communicate the issue with LD, but there is still no clarity on that. Unfortunately.
